Tanzania lies on the East African Coast between 1 and 11.45’ latitudes South of Equator and 29.20’ and 40.35’ longitudes east. Tanzania covers 945,087 sq km and share boarders with Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mozambique, Malawi, Burundi and Indian Ocean.

Hottest months are from October to March and long rainy season is from March to June and short rainy season is on from October to January.

Health: Advised to take anti malarial 2 weeks before safari. Recommended vaccination against Hepatitis A, Polio and Typhoid.

Clothing: Comfortable, hard wearing footwear and light clothing for day time and warm covers for night.

Cuisines: Both Local and International foods. Coastal areas are rich in sea food (Prawns, Lobsters, Crabs, wide varieties of fish). Also fresh seasonal fruits are available (mango, Water melon, Orange, Pineapple, Tangerine) and fresh vegetables.
